Perfect condition, new quality
Refurbished where? This printer exceeded all my expectations! Not to mention that itâs so cute. I definitely got a bang for my buckâ itâs worth every single cent. The packaging was so perfect that I honestly thought it was brand new. The printer works flawlessly and the color is just an added bonus. Extremely satisfied with this purchase and would recommended to someone looking for a refurbished printer.

Easy Setup! Love the color!
I bought 6 different printers before this one and sent them all back because I could not get them to connect to wifi or my phone. I sold my original printer as it was too big and I only use it to print shipping labels and a few other random things. I don’t use it a whole lot. I wanted something smaller, so I tried all the compact, travel size ones and could not get them to print from email – totally annoying. Tried a couple of other smaller ones, and could not get them to connect to my wifi, even with a new wifi extender. I almost gave up … then came across this one. Yes, its refurbished, but I said what the heck for the price. Its not like I can’t send it back. I am annoyed that it literally has a $20.00 off coupon one day after I received it though. Hate that…Anyway – I was hestitant to try and set it up last night, as all the others frustrated me….but I did anyway and it was connected to wifi, up and running in less than 20 minutes – SHOCKED ME!I even printed a label from my email just to make sure I wasnt delusional!I love the pop of color as it adds a little something to my room! I’d def recommend this.Now, unless something changes – its a keeper!

Exceeded Expectations!
I am SO happy with this printer; I bought it certified refurbished, and it is in GREAT shape! It works perfectly, looks sleek and professional, is super quiet, and prints amazing quality copies. The ink was so easy to install, and the software works wonderfully, even with my old and struggling WiFi connection! It is definetly worth the price!!

Terrible Customer Support
Purchased to replace my old All in One. The black ink cartridge would not install into the printer so that I could set it up. Contacted HP Customer Service/Technical Help. Because of their convoluted system of helping me, it took an hour just to get another ink cartridge. Then it took a week before I received it and it was a completely different cartridge than what I needed. Contacted them a second time. This also took an hour to complete even though I wanted the same thing. I also insisted that the cartridge be expedited because I didn’t want to wait another week. 4 days later, FedEx still hadn’t received the package. Called a third time. Initially this representative couldn’t even find the request even though I had the email correspondence and associated work order number. After insisting that she was doing something wrong, she finally found the request and insisted that the package had been shipped. I told her that I had the tracking number and that FedEx still had not received the package. She then tried to blame it on the weekend even the the work order was done on a Thursday and stated that there was nothing that she could do to help me. I told her to cancel the entire work order and that I was sending the printer back and that I would never purchase an HP product ever again.

Product functions properly, looks like new, has manufacturer warranty. Printer is a little bulky, but being an officejet, holds more paper than an envy. The printer does not make tone sounds, like when done printing a document. Don’t know if this is normal, or a malfunction. The envy that I replaced with this printer made tonal sounds. There is a setting to enable sounds, but nothing is heard. The only other complaint I would note is the 1yr warranty included by H.P. It seems to me that the warranty begins when the printer is refurbished. I purhcased mine in November, and the warranty had 10mos and change left. I would have thought that it started when I bought it. All in all, happy with the purchase.

Nice printer, butâ¦
This is a nice printer, and you really canât beat the Price. I had a bit of trouble getting it set up (the printing function worked fine but the app acted like you did not want to recognize the printer when I tried to scan.) After a couple of tries, I was able to get it figured out and now it is working just fine. Very happy with the price and quality.

Too many enteractions during software set up
The ink cartridges sent with the unit were very old. The retention clips had to be expanded in order to seat properly in the ink carriage. Installation of the software was a nightmare. Some of the software was installed by computer some was installed wirelessly by the printer, but it was going back and forth between printer and computer several time that was annoying. It took more than 45 minutes to complete the process. Hp should have preinstalled most of the printer software. It prints OK.
